Our ales are brewed beneath the iconic chimney at Holmes Mill in Clitheroe. Just behind our famous Beer Hall, our dedicated team of artisan brewers craft a collection of cask beers inspired by the wildlife and landscape of the beautiful Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that we are proud to call our home.
Our ethos is a simple one… to create outstanding ales inspired by outstanding surroundings for beer drinkers everywhere. Beers like Hen Harrier, Boxer Blonde and Pheasant Plucker are part of our much-loved core range and have won a string of awards, while exciting new seasonal ales are created throughout the year.
